San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), which may also be referred to as the "County" or by the DBH Substance Use Disorder and Recovery Services (SUDRS), is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Residential Treatment and Withdrawal Management Services at Highland Creek Housing and Wellness Campus (Pacific Village) located at 2626 Pacific Street Highland, CA 92346 along with all regions within the County. The proposed contract would result in an aggregate increase cost of $19,087,102 for the period of February 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028.
