The San Bernardino County Office of the District Attorney is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide document generation, document processing, document automation and document template design within Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the customer relationship management (CRM) cloud application. The District Attorney is currently underway on a major project with Microsoft to redevelop their legacy case management system in Dynamics 365 and is looking to bring in a third-party vendor to provide the document management solution. Specific services to be provided are detailed in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) under Section V, Scope of Work. Please submit proposals and pricing as an attachment in ePro. The Contract period will be for a three (3) year period beginning in the Spring of 2018 through 2021 with two, one (1) year options to extend.
