Job Order Contract for Pavement Maintenance The Contractor will bid two Adjustment Factors to be applied to the Unit Prices. One Adjustment Factor for performing work during Normal Working Hours and a second Adjustment Factor for performing work during Other Than Normal Working Hours. The same two Adjustment Factors shall apply to every Pre-priced Task in the Unit Price List. Three (3) Contracts will be individually awarded to the three (3) lowest, responsive, responsible bidders.
