San Bernardino County and San Bernardino County Flood Control District are seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms to provide heavy equipment rental services for bare and operated and maintained equipment. This RFQ is being released to identify, pre-qualify and create a Board-authorized list of vendors, who will bid to supply heavy equipment rental services to specific sites as routine maintenance projects, public projects, or as emergencies occur.
