The aggregate amount of compensation will be a combined total for all Response and Maintenance contract(s) resulting from this solicitation, and together shall not exceed $3,750,000. However, the County does not anticipate spending more than $750,000 per year in the aggregate to complete this work. Unused contract amounts for any fiscal year shall be available for the remaining term of the contract.
