After numerous questions regarding the modular office bid, we would like to add an addendum stating: 1. Only new building will be accepted. 2. This unit will be installed on asphalt. 3. Include all ADA ramps and stairs in proposal. 4. Set up will done by the vendor with the exception of utility hookups that will be done by the County.
