The County and the Flood Control District are seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms to provide Traffic Control & Flagging Services throughout the County and District. Vendors submitting proposals in response to this RFP will hereafter be referred to as "Proposers. Proposers are asked to identify and provide fee schedule with pricing of all services and materials needed to meet the scope of works. Proposer must hold pricing for a period of one year.
