Bulletin Desc:

The work includes excavation of up to 2.0 million cubic yards of material, construction of a desilting basin on the northeast side of Unit 2, two engineered stockpiles, 17 acres of composite geo-membrane liner ( and leachate collection system, an electrical service drop and controls to support both the leachate pumping system and the storm water pumping system, stormwater infrastructure, and construction of a new paved haul road.
