The County of San Bernardino, Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Management Division, hereafter referred to as the County, is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide Routine and Non-Routine Landfill Gas Extraction and Treatment System (LFGES) Operations, Maintenance and Monitoring (OM&M) and regulatory compliance support at County of San Bernardino landfills and the waste disposal system. It is the objective of the County to award contracts to the most qualified Proposer(s), at the sole discretion of the County, to provide these services.
