The County and the District are seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms to provide Heavy Equipment Rental services throughout the County and the District. Vendors submitting proposals in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will hereafter be referred to as "Proposals". This RFQ is being released to identify, pre-qualify, and contract with one or more Proposers (which will create a Board-authorized list of vendors, hereinafter referred to as "Contractors"), who will then bid to supply heavy equipment rental services to specific job sites as jobs are scheduled. It is anticipated that each contract awarded under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall have an initial not-to-exceed amount of $450,000 for the County and $150,000 for the District.. Please note, however, as provided later herein, that an award of a contract does not guarantee any work or compensation under such contract. (Contract Term: 07/9/2019-06/30/2022)
