The County and the Flood Control District are seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms to provide Heavy Equipment Rental Services throughout the County and District. Vendors are not required to provide all components of Heavy Equipment Services to participate in this RFQ. Vendors submitting proposals in response to this RFQ will hereafter be referred to as "Proposers". This RFQ is being released to identify, pre-qualify, and create a Board-authorized list of vendors, hereafter referred to as "Contractors", who will bid to supply Heavy Equipment Rental Services to specific sites as routine maintenance projects or public projects, or as emergencies occur. Contract Term: January 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022.
