The above bid will be cancelled in the e-procurement system due to vendors not being able to upload their bids. I will be redoing the bid the week of June 12th,2017. The date on the request will also be updated to reflect new closing date. If you have already prepared a bid so you don?t waste the time white out the bid number on bid and handwrite the new bid number. You can do the same with the date of closure and put the updated date. PLEASE if you are going to submit a bid wait for the new one for the Motor Graders to be released next week. NOTHING has changed in the spec. Just a system error.
