Elder Plunge Creek: This project consists of aerial mapping for topographic surveys to be used for engineering design purposes. Please see Google Earth KMZ and digital PDF which show the limits of mapping needed. All work shall be done in accordance with generally accepted professional standards and "responsible charge" for the work shall reside with a pre-January 1, 1982 Registered Civil Engineer, or a Licensed Land Surveyor, in the State of California.
