The County of San Bernardino Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Management Division, hereafter referred to as the County or SWMD is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide design services for the preparation of construction documents. It is the objective of the SWMD through this Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a contract to the most qualified proposer, at the sole discretion of the County, to provide these services and documents for the Heaps Peak Transfer Station (HPTS) Entrance Road, Scalehouse, and Station Tipping Floor project.
