The District wishes to perform a site-specific geotechnical, geologic, and geophysical investigation for District owned properties in and around the area of Warm Creek Basins in the City of San Bernardino, CA. The approximately 94 acre site is bounded by Warm Creek Channel to the west and northwest, I-215 Freeway to the northeast, Auto Plaza Drive to the east and Fairway Drive to the south. A map of the site is included in Exhibit B.

THIS IS NOT A ADDENDUM, THIS IS A STATEMENT REGARDING ADDENDUM NO. 1 - The addition of these requirements shall be considered in concert with existing documents in preparation of bids. THE BIDDER'S CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ADDENDUM NO. 1 SHALL BE SIGNED BY THE SAME PERSON WHO SIGNS THE PROPOSAL AND SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PROPOSAL. ANY proposal not accompanied by a signed BIDDER'S CERTIFICATION (below) acknowledging receipt of this Addendum No. 1 will NOT be accepted.
